These new laws requiring stricter enforcement on absentee ballots, and on voter ID more generally, are useless and discriminatory.   The amount of voter fraud in the State, and in this nation, are negligible - see Sunday's Washington post.   Efforts to tighten requirements are more likely to stop legitimate voters from voting than anything else.
