To those wishing to institute such a farce:  Have you no shame?  Are you truly afraid to allow everyone the chance to vote?  Are you so insecure you would resort to this type of so called government that would do nothing to help, but would remind us all of similar tactics used during a very dark time in Virginia?  People died for the right to vote.  Let's not deny this right to any citizen who wants to exercise this right.
