With penmanship being a subject of the past, no longer required in schools, how could it become a guideline for having your vote counted. Most people under twenty one can barely write legibly as TEXTING has replaced respectable communication. If many barely know how to form letters, penmanship shouldn't be a requirement for counting votes.
