Please do not attempt to limit the voting rights of citizens who for one reason or another are unable to come to the polls on election day.  If the intent of the vote is evident, unnecessary restrictions should not be applied.  It seems like you're instituting a "gotcha" policy.  Whether a voter is a Republican or a Democrat, please ensure that their votes are treated fairly.  I would hate to return to the days of very unfair restrictions.  Thank you.
