Disqualifying ballots for sloppy writing? Is this penmanship class or a true democracy where all votes are counted? And who decides which writing is sloppy and which is legible? This sure sounds like just another excuse by the GOP to disqualify Democratic votes and that is UNAMERICAN. Do the right thing please, and preserve EVERYONE'S right to vote.
