Make it EASIER not HARDER

As a citizen of Virginia, I ask our legistature to make it EASIER and not HARDER to vote.
Do not disqualify ANY Absentee ballot until measures are in place that are simplify the process.  Make the form computer friendly to avoid signature silliness.
If we are at the point of deciding which ballots not to count, that is not a democracy.
A registered voter has already completed an application process.
Any registered voter should have the ability to vote Absentee.
The Form should ONLY contain the Voter Registration ID Number, the Candidate options, and signature.  Candidate options should have a spot for the Voter to Check in a BOX.
As long as there is a strike, check, mark, anything other than BLANK within the box, that is to be considered the intention of the voter and should count as a Valid vote.
Then, as long as the signature line is not blank, the VOTE should COUNT - PERIOD end of story.
Also, I agree with an earlier suggestion.  Allow more EARLY Voting and that will decrease the number of absentee ballots.
Finally, any policy or procedure not in place before 365 days after the prior election should not be allowed into law until 1 day after the following election.  Example:  2011 Election changes would not take effect until 1 day after the 2012 Election.  Take the POLITICS out of any changes.
Thank you.
