I am currently in rehab, and will not make it to the polls for the election.  I will need to vote absentee.  The suggested new rules make it far to easy to disqualify my vote.  Something as simple as a sloppy signature?  This is uncostitutional and unamerican.  Do not violate my rights as a hadicapped citizen.
