I am opposed and appalled at legislation that would disqualify a legitimate vote due to poor penmanship. 

This is a guise to suppress the poor and  immigrant vote. Unfortunately many legal voters very often have poor pensmanship. 

Our State Board of Elections has made it clear that they will pursue any avenue to restrict voter rights in order for the Reublican Party to remain in power.

Our constitution does not require proper pensmanship to gualify a vote as legitimate.
