Sloppy penmanship rejection

If what I read and understand about this bill is accurate then the Governor and his followers and supporters are discriminatinbg against every person with peripheal motor limitations, i.e. hand and finger motor skills.  This includes anyone with any form of arhritis, paralysis, amputation, even a broken hand or shoulder would disqualify a qualified and legitimate voter from filing an absentee ballot.

If Governor McDonnell wishes to inform me in person that I am disqulified from voting becuse my hand writing is not legible therefore I cannot vote he most certainly can.  I, of course have the full backing of every level of government on my side stating that a person with a disability who is eligible and registered to vote, can and may do so whether in person or by absentee ballot.  I have no qualms about bringing the Governor´s office before a court of law and having the federal code enforced.
