Dear Virginia State Board of Social Services,
I am a parent and a voter, living in Virginia. And I strongly urge you to allow prospective adoptive parents from all walks of life, to be judged by their potential to be a good parent and not be discriminated against based on senseless factors such as sexual orientation. It is ridiculous to deny a child a good, safe, loving family on the bases of hate that is perpetuated by our own Attorney General and his constituents. Non-discrimination regulations will make a better place for children in need of a permanent home and a better place for potential adoptive parents. Something WE as Virginians can be proud of.
Respectfully,
Melissa R. Crumb
