I strongly oppose the proposed language for 22 VAC 40-131-170.  This would certainly force many faith-based adoption agencies to choose between (1)abandoning their principles and placing children in family situations they believe not in the best interests of the children or (2) closing up shop and not placing children in loving homes at all.  Children stand to lose the most if such a policy is enacted.
