It is unthinkable that private adoption agencies should be regulated to adopt out children against their conscience and/or religious convictions. Religious organizations do much good in helping those in need. Why would you think to exclude them based on their religious convictions from helping those in need? Please modify your wording to protect religious organizations and those whose conscience prohibits them from adopting out children to same sex couples or others they may feel inappropriate.
