It is very sad indeed that this regulation will go thru to the detriment of children, religious liberty, and invasion of privacy.

(1) Children need a mother and a father. Over and over again the results and proof have shown that this is what is best for the children. This agency should be putting children first and do what is best for children. It is downright sickening when an agency which is supposed to care for children is more interested in the sexual conduct of adults then what is in the best interest of children.

(2) What about infringement of religious freedom and people of faith? I am from Massachusetts and saw first hand the damage of forcing faith based organizations into putting children up for adoption with same sex couples that violates their religious beliefs. Catholic charities for years in Massachusetts handled adoptions. When they were forced to have to allow homosexuals to adopt they for reasons of conscience had to get out of the adoption business. Again how does this benefit the children?

(3) But most of all how about the invasion of PRIVATE PROPERTY. One of the most important freedoms and liberties that Americans enjoy is the right to have a private organization and the rights that come with that. It would be one thing if the state was imposing its views on a public adoption agency that was subject to the state. But this is private property. These are private adoption agencies looking out for the best interest of children. It is inexcusable for the state to be intefering with a private agency in this way.

Lastly I am hurt, surprised, and saddened. I expected better from a great state like Virgina. This is not supposed to be a blue state where the looney liberals ruin everything like they do in MA. The good and fine people of Virgina need to step up and oppose this. C'mon all you good and decent people of Virginia, it is time to rise up and take back your state. Send a message that the idiot policies of blue state liberals does not fly here.
