To Whom it May Concern,

I'd like to ask you to PLEASE NOT pass any legislation that allows or forces any adoption agency or placement services (including faith-based organizations) to accept applications for adoption or placement of a child into the home of same-sex parents. I feel very strongly about this and it does affect the child's mental well being. The state should not be allowed to force faith-based agencies to do that. Separation of Church and State should remain in tact.

Please consider this and DO NOT pass the legislation proposed by the VA Dept of Social Services.
