Forcing the Faith Based adoption agencies to go against their beliefs will create a problem for the Commonwealth.  The Public run agencies will become overloaded and totally unable to do their jobs.  If this is what you want, then by all means, pass this discrimination rule and force the Christian agencies to quit.  That doesn't make good fiscal sense.  With budgets in the shape they are in now, I would think you would want to make it easier rather than harder to work with these folks.
