B. The licensee shall prohibit acts of discrimination based on race, color, gender, national origin, age, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability, or family status to:

I object to the use of gender to describe persons.  It is not applicable, but is a grammatical term. 

I also object to the inclusion of political beliefs, sexual orientation and family status in a non-discrimination clause.  I for one think that Nazis ought to be discriminated against for their political beliefs which makes them unsuited to be given the care of children.  Also sexual orientation is not suited to be included in non-discrimination clauses.  And family status is certainly a matter to be taken into consideration in giving someone the responsibility to care for children.

These changes should be given more publicity and more time to be commented on.
