I'm opposed to these new regulations.  They will drive faith-based agencies out of business.  Is that your intent?  You will end up hurting the very children you are mandated to help.  You should be placing children into good homes, not just into homes whose ideology matches your own.  Do you want to send an anti-faith message to children?  You have no right to do this.
