Opposition to proposed regulatory changes to child placing agencies

I am writing in opposition to proposed regulatory changes for licensed private child-placing agencies, specifically 22VAC40-131-170 B.

What are Virginian legislators thinking of when they are considering removing religious freedom from adoptive agencies? Adoptive agencies are in place to make decisions about what is BEST for the child. Since the beginning of time, it is a mother and a father that is BEST for the child.  Political correctness and special interest groups will never change this fact. Because that is what it is a fact, a child thrives BEST in a home with a mother and a father. That the obvious has to even be discussed shows what ridiculous times we live in.
