As a mother of five children and a Catholic woman, I am strongly opposed to the new language forcing all placement and adoption agencies to consider homosexual couples equal rights to adoption - without regard to religious objections of any of these agencies.  You are placing an unconscionable burden on entities whose sole mission is to find the best homes for the children in their care. 

The very best home for any child will be with a father and a mother, who have of course gone through the proper screening for adoption or fostering.
