My understanding is that the subject regulation will put conscience on the chopping block, putting private Christian adoption agencies under absurd requirements to consider allowing an child be adopted by adults who live in a variety of unhealthy living situations, of which homosexual partnership is just one. Passage of this regulation infringes on constitutional rights, not the other way around. Please reconsider. Thank you.
