Every child has a fundamental RIGHT to be raised in a family since the family is the basic building block of society where each individual learns how to love and serve in freedom as he grows and matures to become what God intended him to be. 

This proposition would significantly hinder the possibility of a child having that beautiful opportunity to be loved as God intended by shutting down a faith based operation that would be able to provide that opportunity.  Since these new minimun standards would be a violation of the laws of  the Constitution, the laws of nature and most importantly, the laws of God, I cannot support it. Please consider what it means to be able to offer faith based adoptions in our Commonwealth for the good of all!
