I'm 87 years old had have seen and heard many idiotic proposals over the years but this one is surely one of the worst and most destructive to the welfare of the unfortunate children who will be affected if it iis adopted.  A NORMAL family environment requires a man and (female) wife who will love and care for a child and they must have sufficient financial resourses to provide the necessary care, education and medical support.  If adopted, this brainless proposal will damage a lot of kids who deserve a much better test to insure the common sense capabilities of their adoptive parents..
