It is absolutely contrary to religious freedom to require private adoption agences to place children in an environment contrary to that agencies religious beliefs. The agency cannot be accused of discrimination because a sexual relationship between two men or two women differs in type and kind from a sexual relationship between a man and a woman united in marriage. It is not up to the state to require what types of couples a PRIVATE adoption agency sees fit to place it's children with.
