Dear Virginia Regulatory Town Hall,

The message of exclusion that you want to send to children and foster parents of strong religious beliefs is oppressive and highly discriminatory.  The Virginia state agency should not be excluding loving foster parents from adopting based on the Virginia official's own code of morality. 

Please do not exclude parents of faith in Christian principles to be excluded from adopting and caring for needy children.
