Please note that the new guidelines allowing children to be adopted by same sex couples goes against the majority of American's beliefs.  This removes the rights from those who disagree.  If you choose to have the guidelines in specific incidences go right ahead.  This is anoverall dictate and it is not the way we have always decided things in America.  It is not even the will of the majority. Many people feel forced into things they do not believe to be okay.  Where is our right as parents and adoption agencies to specify our own guidelines so that it fits with our belief system?We are America, a country with many beliefs and your particular one is abusive and forceful and absolutely not part of a free society.  Please reconsider.  If you don't, be assured you will have subjected many children to a new abuse and confusion.  Shame on you.
