VDSS adoptive child placement

Christian placement entities that do not receive any public funding should be able to screen applicants, for foster or adoptive parents, based on those principles and values that are in alignment with the core values and principles of Christianity.  To impose legislation that makes it a crime to follow the principles and values that make an entity what it is should not be encouraged or allowed in the Commonwealth of Virginia or elsewhere.  Furthermore, a decent regard for nature and nature's laws will make it evident that humans are ideally designed by their Creator to be parented by a father and a mother.  Any other combination, especially when the ideal combination is available, shortchanges the child out of the best parenting that could be available to them.  That such a situation should be foisted upon a child is tantamount to child abuse when the foster or adoptive parents are deviant from the natural course of a father and mother pair.  This abuse further damages the childhood and adult potential of the child, especially from a spiritual and emotional perspective.  That must not be!
