As the grandfather of seven, I feel a responsibility to speak, and oppose a law that would put our most fragile children in harms way. What are we thinking? Rights to few or rights for many innocents...We need to think of the children who have little say about our idiotic decisions. Do not go down this road for we will lose a great deal more than we gain.

We will lose respected and faith based support agencies that provide good homes for our most difficult adoption cases.

We will move our State in a direction that is opposed to morality and that may promote situations of immorality. Let us not kid ourselve as we try to reach for a fairness for everyone, we do not damage the one thing that we are responsible to protect and nurture...that defenceless child.
