It is absolutely vital that Virginia continue to support these forward looking, realistic programs that do much to move us toward more environmentally healthy and friendly ways of doing things which of course benefit the people of the region.  These programs help build infrastructure and support 'low wealth' families and individuals to support themselves. Anyone in the least bit concerned about their younger family members surely supports this! Participation in this must continue.  It must NOT be cancelled!
