Virginia you should always be on the right side of history.

RGGI is noble in its cause and we should remain apart of this initiative.

With every step forward Virginia has taken towards a renewable energy future decisions like this take us back.

It is doing what is was designed to do.

RGGI works and I believe the consensus in the states apart of it would agree.
