Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
Oppose all changes to define what is allowed in school libraries
If changes are made. They need to apply to all books, including classics like Gone With the Wind. Not just books that impact the LGBTQ+ community. I wish there were gay orienolove stories in school libraries when I was growing up in the 6’s
