Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
This proposed bill will cause discrimination against a group of youths who already face higher rates of bullying and suicide. I can see no good coming from this action.
