Definition should include gender-related materials

The current paragraph defining “Sexually explicit content” (Expand IV Terminology, paragraph B, 1) should be elaborated to also include gender defining content.

Consider adding a sentence at the end to also include any materials that are used to instruct students on genders beyond male and female.

Example to consider adding to the end of the paragraph:

(iii) any materials used to instruct students on genders beyond male and female.
