Instructional materials with sexually explicit content

I approve, BUT with the proviso that the "Model Policies" mandate specific actions that every school MUST take in order to ensure sexually explicit materials are correctly identified and seen by parents first. Unless this is done, many schools will simply flout the policy by circumventing it or considering it not obligatory.
