Strongly oppose these guidelines. There are LGBTQIA+ students that exist in our lives, our schools, our communities, our state, our country, and our world. Trying to silence someone's existence only speaks hatred out of your mouth. We need to be more inclusive - NOT more restrictive. Homosexuality and self indentification is NOT sexuality explicit!!! If gay kids read books about heterosexual kids, then heterosexual kids can read books about gay kids and it not be an issue. My family and I strongly oppose these guidelines!!!!!!!!!
