As a trained youth services librarian and a mother of 4, I think SB 656 is a bad idea. Children deserve to be exposed to a variety of subject matter and these sorts of bills are just an excuse for conservatives to get on their culture war hobby horse and make things difficult for teachers and librarians. Our Commonwealth should be better than this.
