this basically changes nothing. parents already should have access to and choice to opt out of curriculum. this just further solidifies the importance of this and provides guidance for the schools to be forthcoming rather than parents having to seek out where explicit materials may be present. this does not attack misrepresented minority communities, as the liberal agenda would like to state. no explicit material should be being taught, about any community, group, or orientation. it's about protecting children from all inappropriate explicit materials no matter who it involves. it has nothing to do with discriminating about certain populations. but that is the buzz word and issue everything has to be about to rouse up simple minds.
