Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
This just lets parents decide if they want their own kid to see things they do not agree with.
If you oppose this bill, you are enabling child grooming.
It makes the teachers disclose when they wish to show sexually explicit material to children. If you oppose this, you either didn't read the bill, or you are a pedophile.
