Oppose SB656

This bill will disenfranchise many children from the education they NEED to survive in the modern world. It will exacerbate mental health issues if what is deemed "sexually explicit" is done so by guardians (as I witnessed with many of my friends growing up in the 90s & 2000s that are now within the LGBTQ+ community). This law has the potential of eliminating discussions of race, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, and how they intersect in the teaching of history, literature, and health in our schools.  How are these children supposed to grow into well-rounded individuals if they are not receiving the education they need?
