guidance for educational policies regarding sexually explicit material

Dear Sir or Madam.

This seems like a very clear issue to me but I want to make clear my strong opinion that all ecucational materials which are sexually explicit or of a sexual nature must be developed and implemented with the parent's authority to decide if their individual child should or should not be exposed. All materials should be available for review. Any parent should be allowed the opportunity to use alternative educational material deemed appropriate for their child.

I am furthermore very troubled by the overstepping of schools to enter into the early discussion of gender/transgender/sexual preference issues  in elementary school. This is an issue which schools can and should stay clear of in the educational venue. Of course I recognize the need for teachers to be on alert for bullying and have policies to deal with this but by and large there is NOT a need for school personnel to push any agenda in regards to this!

Thank you for considering wisely these issues!
