I  support the proposed Change.  BUT it should  include lawful carry both open and concealed .  When  Bob McDonnell was the Attorney General, he published an  opinion that State Parks and other such state agencies did not have the power to ban openly carried guns.  I agree and want lawful carry both open and  concealed carry to be legal in State Forests and all state owned land and facilities.
