The science does not support the use of common masks.  The only mask worthy of consideration is one that bears a strong resemblance to a WWII gas mask.  Mental health and learning experiences are both heading South.  As a population school age children are not likely to develop severe reactions to the Wuhan flu.  Get Government out of education and out of the way to progress.
