By definition this shot is not actually a vaccine. 2. It does not prevent transmission of disease. 3. It’s possible side effects are more of a concern for children than the actual disease. 4. Those individuals who feel it will protect them can make that choice, those who are concerned about side effects should also be able to make a choice. 5. If there is a mandate there should be a religious exemption option as well as a medical exemption option.
