I strongly oppose the overreach of government to mandate participation in clinical trials and the shocking disregard for the Americans with Disabilities Act to violate our Constitutionally reaffirmed rights to medical freedom and prevention of persecution and discrimination based on medical conditions.  
We, the people, are not backing down.  We know our rights.  We know the examples in history and the reasons why the Nuremberg Codes declare freedom from mandatory experimental medical treatment.  We have inalienable and ineffable rights that cannot be infringed.  The choice of medical treatment and what clinical trials we wish to participate in are our own to make; not the government or our neighbors.  
We will hold the line and fight this tyranny and blatant discrimination.
