I am in favor of this proposed action. I think this is a great idea that would allow a variety of people in different situations trying to care for a loved one, partner, or other dependent and help extend health care to them. I don't view this as a cost burden on citizens -- rather a responsible action by working citizens to help care for their loved ones. It's a small cost that can make a significant and measureable impact on the lives of a number of hard-working Virginians.
