Support for mandatory vaccination

My daughter attends school in Virginia and I do worry about her health and well being in close quarters to other children and educators who are not vaccinated.

Data clearly shows that flattening the curve of the pandemic has been due to the vaccinated populace in conjunction with taking necessary steps to mitigate transmission of the virus.

Tuberculosis, typhoid, tetanus, MMR, and smallpox are all diseases that were once a huge public health crisis but are no more because of....vaccinations. No one seemingly bats an eye when their child requires these immunizations. The COVID-19 vaccination should be no different. I am for doing what is right and responsible and support mandatory vaccinations for children.
