Yes to mask mandate; vaccination should be optional for under 16

My thought is this:  Vaccines should only be mandated if fully approved by the FDA, not for emergency use.  I believe that vaccines for school age children under 16 should be optional until the vaccines are fully approved by the FDA.  If a parent does not want their minor to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, then they should have the option to not get it for the time being.  However, students in public school settings who do NOT show proof of vaccination for Covid-19 should be required to wear a mask whenever they are in the school building.  Families who have students who are vaccinated should have the OPTION to have their child wear a mask or not.
