Our parental rights are first a God given natural right; second they are protected under the Constitution and third they are codified in VA Code 1-240.1 Rights of parents: "A parent has a fundamental right to make decisions concerning the upbringing, education, and care of the parent's child."  This is NOT given over to the state or federal government.  This applies to children's education and health.  Therefore, the Commonwealth's Department of Health should not be acting in violation of the parent's natural rights.

Additionally, there are many videos available now which clearly demonstrate that the mRNA vaccines are not safe, nor are they effective.  This madness that has existed now for the last 19 months must end!  Lastly, there's a 99.97% recovery rate for anyone who gets COVID and children have virtually a 100% chance of recovering should they get infected.  This vaccine mandate MUST not happen!
