• Authority & Risk.  I find no legal authority that would allow any employer, to require a teacher or student to submit to an experimental drug treatment as a condition of  employment or being a pupil.  If you are aware of authority that allows you and/or any government to require any teacher or student to submit to a request to allow an invasion of their body with a drug treatment and experimental drug for which they, personally, would bear all of the risk but the seller/purveyor of the product bears no risk and has legal immunity, please provide this authority so everyone can see it.  However, if you are unwilling to assume the risk that the vaccine sellers refuse to accept, please explain to to everyone why you will not accept the risk.  (Before I go any further, the COVID-19 vaccines by Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are NOT FDA approved.  The Comirnaty vaccine was approved by the FDA on August 2, 2021; however, that vaccine was created by Bio-N-Tech Gmbh in GERMANY and it is not approved for use in the United States.  All other vaccines are still in the Emergency Use Authorization stage and are still “experimental”.  Therefore, INFORMED CONSENT applies.

• Informed Consent. Everyone has the legal right under state and federal law and must voluntarily give informed consent prior to receiving any drug that is unapproved by the FDA. 

  • There has been no long-term testing for safety and it has never been used as a vaccine before.  There are possible side effects that have so far been observed since release of the vaccine for public use and all potential long-term effects which may occur.

  • Also under informed consent, the immunological consequences of this experimental vaccine and that should these side effects occur there may be nothing that can be done to reverse these problems.

Think long and hard before you make this huge decision.  And do not even consider allowing children to get vaccinated WITHOUT parental consent.  If you do, there will be considerable lawsuits.
