This politically charged issue has been led so far astray that it's out of hand now, and there is so little trust left in the public eye of our traditional institutions.  The Commonwealth of Virginia must continue to recognize the freedoms and liberties and rights of her citizenry, and stay far away from such health mandates as vaccinations and required masking of Virginians.  The science does not support either cause conclusively and so rightly so this issue needs to be left up to the individual to make his or her own decision.
