No vaccine mandate

I am not anti vaccine. I am, however anti vaccine mandate in this case. I vaccinated my children with all the proven vaccines that are recommended when they were little. However they have gone through years of testing and have proven effectiveness. The covid 19 vaccines are less than a year old and still have a long way to go to be both proven effective and safe. There is no proof that a certain percentage of the state being vaccinated will in any way stem the spread of Covid. In fact, as a school employee, I have seen many vaccinated employees being over confident in the vaccine, and actually coming to work sick with Covid and spreading it. I am all for anyone being vaccinated who wants to be. However I am firmly against the state telling me I have to get it. They say"my body my choice"when it comes to abortion, and I would like the same right when it comes to this vaccine.
